Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Subscription or from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because the content is available immediately after payment, payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged by mistake or cannot access the platform because of a technical problem on our side, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will review your request.
